Welcome to PixelStudio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must strictly stop using the Service.
2. Nature of Service (Client-Side Processing)
PixelStudio provides web-based image, PDF, and media manipulation tools. Crucially, you acknowledge that:
- Local Processing: All file processing involves the execution of code (JavaScript/WebAssembly) exclusively within your web browser.
- No Server Uploads: Your files are not uploaded to our servers for processing.
- Hardware Dependency: The performance and speed of the tools depend entirely on the processing power (CPU/RAM) of your device. We are not responsible for browser crashes or device slowdowns caused by processing large files on low-end hardware.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content: We claim no ownership over the files you process using PixelStudio. Since files never leave your device, you retain full copyright and control.
Our Technology: The interface, code (including WebAssembly binaries), design, logo, and architecture of PixelStudio are the intellectual property of the PixelStudio developers and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our WASM modules.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use PixelStudio to:
- Process illegal content (e.g., Child Sexual Abuse Material, malware, or stolen data).
- Attempt to bypass any browser security restrictions via our tools.
- Use automated scripts or bots to overload the client-side resources.
